Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using MullInsure services. They explain your rights and responsibilities.

Effective Date

Welcome to MullInsure

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of MullInsure's website, services, and insurance products. By accessing our website, requesting quotes, or purchasing insurance through MullInsure, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We encourage you to read this agreement carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

01

Acceptance of Terms

Your agreement to these conditions

By using MullInsure's website or services, you confirm that you are at least eighteen years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using our services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MullInsure. Your continued use of our services after any changes to these terms indicates your acceptance of the modified terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and we will notify you of significant changes through email or a notice on our website.

02

Use of Our Services

Rules and guidelines for service usage

MullInsure provides a platform for obtaining auto insurance quotes and purchasing insurance policies. Our services include access to our website, quote comparison tools, policy management features, and customer support. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

When requesting quotes or applying for coverage, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of coverage, cancellation of your policy, or denial of claims. You are responsible for updating your information promptly when changes occur that may affect your coverage or premiums.

03

Insurance Policies and Coverage

Understanding your insurance agreement

When you purchase an insurance policy through MullInsure, you enter into a separate agreement with the insurance carrier providing your coverage. While we facilitate the quote and purchase process, the actual insurance contract is between you and the carrier. Your policy documents contain the specific terms, conditions, coverage limits, exclusions, and obligations that govern your insurance.

We work with licensed insurance carriers to provide you with coverage options. The availability of specific coverage types, policy limits, and pricing depends on various factors including your location, driving history, vehicle type, and the underwriting criteria of our partner carriers. Not all coverage options may be available in every location or for every driver.

Premium quotes provided on our website are estimates based on the information you provide. Final premiums may vary based on additional underwriting review, verification of information, and other factors determined by the insurance carrier. All policies are subject to approval by the carrier's underwriting department.

It is your responsibility to read and understand your insurance policy documents thoroughly. If you have questions about your coverage, contact us or your insurance carrier directly for clarification before assuming you are covered for a specific situation.

04

Payment Terms

Billing and payment obligations

You agree to pay all premiums and fees associated with your insurance policy according to the payment schedule outlined in your policy documents. Payment options may include monthly installments, quarterly payments, or annual payments depending on your policy and the carrier's requirements.

Failure to make timely payments may result in late fees, loss of coverage, or cancellation of your policy. If your policy is cancelled for non-payment, you may face gaps in coverage that could result in higher premiums when you seek new coverage. Additionally, driving without insurance where required by law may subject you to fines, penalties, or legal consequences.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is current and accurate. If your payment method fails, we will attempt to notify you and provide an opportunity to update your information before cancellation occurs. However, it is your responsibility to maintain continuous coverage by ensuring payments are made on time.

05

Cancellation and Refunds

Policy termination procedures

You have the right to cancel your insurance policy at any time by providing written notice to us or your insurance carrier. Cancellation terms, including any applicable fees or refund calculations, are outlined in your policy documents and may vary by carrier and location.

Some policies include a free look period during which you can cancel without penalty and receive a full refund. After this period, refunds are typically calculated on a pro-rata basis, meaning you receive a refund for the unused portion of your policy term minus any cancellation fees if applicable.

Insurance carriers may also cancel your policy under certain circumstances such as non-payment of premiums, material misrepresentation or fraud, substantial increase in risk, or loss of driving privileges. If your policy is cancelled by the carrier, you will receive notice as required by law, typically thirty days in advance unless cancellation is due to non-payment or fraud.

06

Limitation of Liability

Our responsibilities and limitations
